1. About these Terms
These Terms govern access to and use of MaxEV.
MaxEV is a service created and operated under the public brand PokerMKR. The service operator is Martin Kanåker.

By creating an account or using MaxEV, the user agrees to these Terms.
The Privacy Policy explains how MaxEV processes personal data.
2. Eligibility
A user must be at least 18 years old to use MaxEV.
By creating an account, the user confirms that they meet this age requirement and are legally able to accept these Terms.
3. What MaxEV provides
MaxEV is a performance-reflection, organisation and personal-development tool.
Features may include:
- session preparation
- performance ratings
- goals
- routines
- personal notes
- study records
- emotional-regulation reflections
- A-Game Journal entries
- reports
- AI-assisted organisation
- AI-generated summaries
- coaching-related organisation where enabled
Features may change over time.
MaxEV is not:
- a gambling operator
- a betting platform
- a financial institution
- a payment service
MaxEV does not:
- accept wagers
- hold gambling funds
- guarantee financial results
- guarantee poker results
4. No guarantee of results
MaxEV does not guarantee:
- financial results
- poker results
- improved performance
- reduced losses
- increased income
- tournament success
- competition results
- accuracy of user-entered information
- accuracy of AI-generated information
Reports, ratings and summaries are reflection tools rather than predictions or guarantees.
5. Not professional healthcare or advice
MaxEV is not:
- medical care
- mental-health treatment
- psychotherapy
- diagnosis
- crisis support
- legal advice
- financial advice
MaxEV is not a replacement for a qualified professional.
Users should not rely on MaxEV or its AI features for urgent, medical, psychological, legal or financial decisions.
6. Accounts
Users must:
- provide accurate account information
- protect their login credentials
- avoid sharing account access
- notify MaxEV of suspected unauthorised access
- use the service only for lawful purposes
Users are responsible for activity through their account unless caused by MaxEV's failure to use reasonable security measures.
7. User content
Users retain ownership of content they create and submit to MaxEV.
Users give MaxEV limited permission to host, store, process, organise, reproduce and display that content only where necessary to:
- operate the service
- provide requested features
- create requested reports
- perform user-selected AI processing
- maintain security
- comply with legal obligations
This permission ends when content is deleted, except where limited retention is legally or technically necessary.
Users must not submit content that:
- they do not have the right to use
- unlawfully identifies or exposes another person
- contains illegal material
- infringes intellectual-property rights
- is intended to harass, threaten or harm another person
- contains malicious code
8. Opponent and third-party information
Users should avoid entering unnecessary identifying information about other people.
Opponent observations should be limited to legitimate personal organisational use.
Users must not use MaxEV to:
- create unlawful profiles
- expose private information
- harass another person
- misuse personal information
MaxEV may restrict or remove content that creates a privacy, legal or safety risk.
9. AI features
AI-generated outputs may be:
- incorrect
- incomplete
- misleading
- repetitive
- based on limited context
Users must review AI output before relying on it or saving it as a confirmed record.
Existing explicit-confirmation controls must remain in place where a user is required to approve an AI-organised item.
AI output does not represent:
- a guaranteed fact
- a diagnosis
- professional advice
- a guarantee of success
10. Acceptable use
Users must not:
- attempt to access another person's account
- bypass access restrictions
- interfere with the service
- upload malicious code
- scrape information without permission
- use MaxEV for illegal activity
- misuse another person's personal information
- impersonate another person
- reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where permitted by law
- use automated systems in a way that damages or overloads the service
11. Availability and changes
MaxEV may:
- change features
- improve features
- remove features
- perform maintenance
- limit access for security reasons
- experience interruptions or technical errors
MaxEV does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Where reasonably possible, significant changes should be communicated appropriately.
12. Paid services
If paid plans are introduced, the following must be presented before purchase:
- price
- billing period
- renewal terms
- cancellation terms
- applicable refund information
Do not display subscription promises or detailed payment terms unless paid plans are actually available.
Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms.
13. Suspension and termination
MaxEV may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
- a serious breach of these Terms
- unlawful activity
- a security risk
- abuse of the service
- harm to another person
- non-payment for a paid service
- legal requirements
Where appropriate, MaxEV should provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Users may stop using MaxEV at any time.

14. MaxEV intellectual property
MaxEV's software, design, branding, original text, interface and service materials are owned by or licensed to the operator.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of MaxEV intellectual property to users.
Users may not copy, sell, redistribute or commercially exploit protected MaxEV materials without permission, except where allowed by law.
15. Third-party services
MaxEV may rely on third-party services for:
- hosting
- authentication
- AI processing
- limited analytics
- security
- payments where later introduced
MaxEV is not responsible for independent third-party services outside its reasonable control.
Use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy information.
16. Disclaimers
MaxEV is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.
MaxEV does not promise that:
- every feature will always be available
- every calculation will be error-free
- AI output will be accurate
- stored information will never be lost
- using MaxEV will produce a particular result
Nothing in these Terms removes legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MaxEV and its operator are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss resulting from:
- reliance on AI-generated information
- user decisions
- unauthorised account use caused by the user
- service interruptions
- third-party services
- loss of expected profits
- loss of opportunities
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
18. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law.
Mandatory consumer protections in the user's country of residence continue to apply where required.
Before beginning formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact:

Do not invent a specific court, country or governing jurisdiction until the operator's legal establishment has been confirmed.
19. Changes to these Terms
MaxEV may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change.
The current effective date must be displayed at the top.
Where a change materially affects existing users, MaxEV should provide an appropriate notice.
